A two vehicle crash on a Wayne County road results in one death.  The State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred around 9 PM Wednesday night on Highway 13 just south of Herring Road.  A southbound vehicle driven by 39-year-old Rosario Ramos-Delgado of Clinton apparently crossed the centerline and struck a northbound vehicle driven by 38-year-old Felicia Fox of Goldsboro.  Fox was killed in the crash.  Ramos-Delgado was seriously injured and has been taken to Vidant Medical Center.  The State Highway Patrol says Ramos-Delgado was charged with DWI following the crash and further charges are pending at this time.
