The Goldsboro Police Department will take a brisk jog up Berkeley Boulevard to help the Special Olympics of North Carolina.  This Wednesday, May 19, the GPD will run the Special Olympics Torch from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base up to Lowe’s.  The run is scheduled to begin at 9 AM Wednesday. The public is invited to come out and cheer on their law enforcement officers during the run.
