On Saturday June 19th, Kristy Jean Jackson, passed away at the age of 42. Kristy lived in Goldsboro, North Carolina with her young daughter, Annie, who she loved dearly.

She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa. She practiced law with Everett, Womble, and Lawrence of Goldsboro. Kristy was known for standing her ground for anything she believed in, especially her love for her family and friends.

Kristy is survived by her parents Gene and Suzanne Williams Jackson and her daughter Susanna Grace “Annie” Jackson. Her sister Shauna Jackson and fiancé Fouad Ismail, brother, Kevin Jackson and wife Sarha; sister, Emily Batts and sister in spirit, Deane Forsythe. She leaves behind many beloved friends and family that will cherish the time they had with her.

Her memorial will be Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with Father Roch T. Drozdzik presiding. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In addition, the family will be having a celebration of life that will be held at her sister, Shauna Jackson’s home in Goldsboro; please reach out to the family for further information.
