North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey has announced the arrest 34-year-old Shavon N. Green of Goldsboro for a felony charge of Insurance Fraud. Green is accused of providing the wrong date that her vehicle was damaged to National General Insurance Company. Special agents with the N.C. Department of Insurance’s Criminal Investigations Division say the offense occurred May 13th. Green was arrested June 16th and given a $5,000 unsecured bond.
