Last week Wednesday, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office pulled a vehicle over on Highway 70 East near Casey Dairy Road.  During the traffic stop, 30-year-old Spencer M. Jackson of Kinston was searched with illegal narcotics allegedly being found.   Jackson was arrested for Felony Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was given a $500 secured bond and turned over to Wayne County Detention Staff for processing.
