November 12, 2021, 92, Seven Springs –

Eileen June Shaeffer, 92, of Seven Springs passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation in Goldsboro.

No formal service will be held. 

Mrs. Shaeffer was born in Ohio on February 18, 1929 to the late Charles Ray and Ruby Stinnett Cook.

She is survived by her son, Charles Robert Shaeffer Sr. (Peggy) of Ohio; two daughters, Patricia Gray of Ohio and Deborah Groover (Dan) of Indiana; one sister, Margaret Fulton of Ohio; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Shaeffer; one brother and one sister. 

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
