Fresh off a thrilling 47-46 win against Goldsboro on Tuesday, Eastern Wayne won its second game in a row by defeating Spring Creek 64-29 on Thursday.
The Warriors improved their record to 8-7 overall and 3-1 in Neuse Six 2A Conference play, while Spring Creek fell to 5-11 overall and 0-5 in conference action.
Spring Creek and Eastern Wayne will face off in a rematch on Tuesday.
