(GDN) – The Outlaw Foundation’s 8th Annual 5K Run/Walk was a success on Saturday.  More than 200 runners and walkers  came out to support the race at Carver Elementary in Mount Olive.  The event also included a one-mile fun run/walk.  Awards were given to the top 3 males and females in various age categories and one prize for team participation.  Organizers say all the proceeds go to assisting cancer families.
