(GDN) – It’s finally here! The 2022 North Carolina Pickle Festival is back as a live, in-person event this year! Every April, the community and Mount Olive pickle company come together to celebrate a mutually dill-lightful relationship.

Pickles may be the theme, but community is what the festival is all about. Events include the Cuke Patch 5K, Pickle Eating Contest, Recipe Contest, Tour de Pickle, Live Music, Dancer Stage, Car Show, Pickleball Tournament and Beer and Wine Garden.

The 2-day event kicks off tomorrow, April 22nd from 5-10 pm. The main day is Saturday, April 23rd from 9 am to 6 pm in downtown Mount Olive.
