The Wayne County Health Department is reminding the public that Narcan is available free of charge to all Wayne County residents. With the support from local partners, Wayne County is able to sustain efforts in addressing one of the most urgent public health threats throughout the country.

Presently, drug overdose is the leading cause of accidental death in the U.S. Officials say drug overdose rates are increasing – among men and women of all ages and races.
