September 5, 2022, 59, Goldsboro –

Robin Lane Lewis, age 59, passed away peacefully at her home Monday morning.  Born in Wayne County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Edward Lee and Marian Ezzell Lane. She worked at Fast Lane Convenience Store for many years.  She was also a Nurse’s Aide with Home, Health & Hospice as well as a private sitter.

A service to celebrate Robin’s life will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home in Goldsboro. A time of visitation for family and friends will be held immediately following the service at the funeral home.  A private burial will be held in Wayne Memorial Park.

She is survived by her daughters, Amber Long (Jamie) and Bethany Denning (Lance); grandchildren, Harbor Faith Long, Kolten Gurley and Finleigh Denning; longtime partner, Buck Morton; brother, Vann Lane (Christy Profit); special aunt, Shirley Williams; nephews & nieces, Joshua Lane, Hannah Lane, Ashton Lane and Cameron Lane.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Joey Lane and Bobby Ray Lane.

 At other times, the family will be at the home of her daughter, Bethany Denning, 2372 Selah Church Road, Four Oaks, NC  27524.
