On January 4, 2023 the Wayne County Board of Education held a special called meeting. The Board heard presentations from three potential consultant firms which could provide support with its Superintendent Search Process.

Following each presentation, Board members asked the presenters, who were present in-person and virtually, various questions specific to how their firm conducts a superintendent search process.

The Board will decide which search firm it will move forward with at its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on January 9. Without any further questions or discussion, the Board approved its Agenda and then entered Closed Session for personnel matters.

Upon coming out of Closed Session the Board adjourned.
