Mount Olive firefighters were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Henderson Street and Breazeale Avenue late Saturday afternoon. Both drivers were transported to the hospital by Wayne EMS.

One of the vehicles was a postal carrier that was returning to the post office in Mount Olive.

Mount Olive Police are investigating the accident.
