Mr. James O. Artis, 82, faith servant, received his heavenly reward on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 12:00 pm with a viewing from 11:00 am to 11:45 am at St. James Church of Christ DOC, 514 Memorial Church Road, Fremont, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 2136 Memorial Church Road, Fremont, NC 27830.
