Wayne County Sheriff’s Office in an ongoing effort to investigate allegations of prostitution and human trafficking within Wayne County, detectives conducted multiple interviews, performed surveillance, researched property ownerships, and coordinated with outside state and federal agencies in the culmination of search warrants in August of 2022. The subsequent arrest of 50-year-old Aristotelos Castro Estrada, and the public record of that arrest, in August of 2022 led to information being revealed about the additional crimes. Detectives worked diligently across county and state lines with victims and witnesses to gather and record the facts which led to the listed charges being added today.

Estrada has been charged with Felony Indecent Liberties with a Child, Two (2) counts of Felony First Degree Rape of a Child, Two (2) counts of Felony Sex Offense with a Child- Parental Role, and Felony Crime Against Nature.

Aristotelos Castro Estrada is currently in the Wayne County Detention Center under the bonds of previous charges where he was served with the additional charges and given the additional $1 Million Secure Bond at the Wayne County Magistrates Office.
