Lisa Renee Sauls, 59, peacefully passed away at her parent’s home on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. She was born in Wayne County to Wilson and Brenda Sauls of Goldsboro, on March 21, 1964.

Lisa ventured into the business world to utilize her God-given talents as a floral designer. She dedicated many years of service to her loyal business family, creating unique and fresh designs for many of her customers. Her artistic flair and attention to detail were vital parts of her business.

Lisa loved to hang out with her friends and play a game of pool. Most of all, Lisa loved her family. She had a heart of gold, loved deeply, and believed in all of them. She was never afraid to ask for what she wanted, share her opinion, or tell you like it was. She was bright, beautiful, bossy, funny, courageous, and giving. Her time on this Earth was well spent, and we will forever be grateful for the life and love she has given to everyone.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home followed by a service to celebrate Lisa’s life at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Andy Stovall officiating. The interment will be in Wayne Memorial Park.

In addition to her parents, Lisa is survived by her daughter, Jessica Jones; grandchild, Addison Blake Jones; brother, Anthony Sauls; nieces, Savannah Sauls and Abby Sauls; great-niece, Casey Wall; special friend, Jim Senters; and many other family and friends that she loved very much.
