Wayne Robert Moriniti, 70, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023, at Lenoir UNC Health Care. Born on February 26, 1953, in Onondaga, New York, he was the son of Pasquale Moriniti and Mary Lou Ripka Moriniti.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Sally Hall Moriniti; his daughter, Melody Lake and husband, Donnie Gee; his son, Jason Moriniti and wife, Racheal; grandchildren, Emmaleigh Moriniti, Tori Moriniti, Chancellor Moriniti, Anna Maire Lake, Buddy Lake, Evan Lake, Mira Lake and Olivia Lake; his sisters, Joyce Harvey, Gail Brisbin, Thersea Christian and his parents.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 9, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home in Goldsboro. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Mary Roman Catholic Church, 1000 N Jefferson Ave, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
