Staff Sergeant Haley Steinhauer is the cornerstone of the 4th Munitions Squadron’s Armament Flight. As an Armament Maintenance Supervisor, Steinhauer directly influences the execution of scheduled maintenance over Alternate Mission Equipment each week,

Steinhauer also equips the Fighter Generation Squadrons with War Ready Equipment at a moment’s notice.

Steinhauer prioritizes critical equipment inspections and spearheads ACC and AFMC taskers while leading and developing her team.

Additionally, as the shift lead for the support section, Steinhauer slashed overdue inspections and recently provided ready storage assets for multiple TDYs.

Steinhauer also manages the equipment account where she validates readiness for hundreds of support equipment items.
