November 22, 2023, 96, Princeton —

Mittie Toler Worley, 96, of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Kitty Askins.  Mrs. Worley was born in Johnston County, on July 3, 1927, to the late Sidney Enos and Rose Ingram Toler.  She was the widow of  Jimmy Worley.  She is also preceded in death by a brother; Charlie Toler, sisters Gertrude Edwards, Mertie Wadsworth, Maude Capps, Martha Worley,  Mary Rose, Lillie Holt, and her daughter-in-law; Joan Worley.

Mrs. Worley was a member of Tee’s Chapel FWB Church. She loved being outside whether working, gardening, or tending to her flowers! She loved the Lord and attended church, and enjoyed Bluegrass music.  She loved fishing at the coast.

The Funeral Service will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 26, 2023, in the Casey Funeral Home & Cremations Chapel with the Reverend Dennis Pollock officiating.  Committal Service will be at 10:00 am Monday, November 27th in the Princeton Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm Sunday, just prior to the funeral service.

Mrs. Worley is survived by her son; Roy Worley of Princeton and granddaughter; Vicky Worley of Princeton
