Belinda Price Westbrook, 73, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023. Belinda was born in Wayne County to the late Sidney Ray and Pearl Seymour Price on July 26, 1950. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry G. Westbrook.

A service of love and remembrance will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home. The family will receive friends before the service from 6:00-6:45. The family will receive friends during the day on Wednesday at Belinda’s home, 627 Drummersville Road, Seven Springs.

Committal will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Pineview Cemetery.

Belinda is survived by her sons, Tommy Kornegay (Julie Holmes) and Jonathan Harper (Melanie); grandchildren, Hannah Harper and Thomas Harper; great-grandchild, Stella Harper; and siblings, Beverly Sutton (Wayne), Pam Price, Sidney Ray Price, Jr. (Joanne), and Scarlette Rouse (Gene).
