Donald Kevin Starling, 61, passed away at Transitions Life Care in Raleigh on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.  Donald was born in Johnston County on July 5, 1962, to Jean Perry Baker and the late Billy George Starling.  

He is survived by his mother, Jean Perry Baker; daughter, Lauren Renee Starling; brother, Jackie Starling and his wife, Kay and sister, Angie Heil.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
