Polls are scheduled to open at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday as the March Primary sets the stage for November’s General Election.

Four local races are on the ballot including the Wayne County Board of Commissioners District 2 Democratic race between Antonio Williams and Tondalaya Clark.

The Wayne County Board of Commissioners District 4 Republican race between Tim Harrell and  Freeman Hardison Jr. is also on the ballot.

Joe Daughtry and Earl Craig Uzzell Jr. are vying for the Wayne County Board of Commissioners District 6 Republican seat in November’s general election.

In the Wayne County School Board District 3 election, Bridgette Cowan, Richard Taylor, and Alex Asbun are vying for two spots in November’s election.

Voting sites will be open until 7:30 p.m. and a full list of candidates can be found here.
