The Goldsboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, in partnership with Edge Home Finance, the City of Goldsboro, Habitat for Humanity, and Jackson Premier Realty, is hosting a First Time Home Buyer Seminar from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Apr. 27, at First African Baptist Church, at 803 Harris St., Goldsboro.
