Mr. James H. Ellis, 87, completed his earthly journey on Monday, April 29, 2024, at UNC Wayne Healthcare, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held graveside on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 11:00 am with a viewing from 10:30 am to 10:50 am at Willowdale Cemetery, 306 E. Elm Street, Goldsboro, NC.

He was born on January 17, 1937, in Wayne County, NC to Cicero Ellis and Bessie Mozingo Ellis.
