He guided his team through a vital engine run, ensuring the jet was back to mission-capable status after being taken down for invasive maintenance actions, ultimately clearing four discrepancies and getting the jet back into the fight.

Senior Airman Puksich played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the 4th Fighter Wing Commander’s final flight, addressing critical maintenance issues swiftly.

His proactive approach included identifying and repairing faulty components, providing comprehensive training, and managing teams to ensure operational excellence and data accuracy, contributing significantly to organizational success.
