Sherrie Dawn Bridgers, 64, of Selma, passed away Saturday evening, May 18, 2024, at the SECU Hospice House of Smithfield.  Sherrie was born November 11, 1959, in Wayne County to the late Wayne Joseph Bridgers and Shirley Gray Spell Every.

She is survived by her son; Brooks West (Jamie) of Pine Level, daughters; Shannon Starling of New Bern, and Leah West of Kenly, brother; Danny Bridgers of Princeton, half-sister; Zelda Tedder, grandchildren; Bryson, Spencer, Kara, Layla, Mallory, Peyton, Brooklyn and Jamison.
