MOUNT OLIVE — The University of Mount Olive is announcing a new scholarship initiative established by the International Harvester Collectors Chapter 37. This scholarship fund aims to support students pursuing degrees in agriculture or closely related fields, furthering the mission of preserving the legacy and history of International Harvester.
The newly established scholarship fund aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students at the University of Mount Olive who are enrolled in agricultural degree programs.
By supporting these students, the scholarship fund helps cultivate the next generation of agricultural professionals who will continue the legacy of innovation and excellence in agriculture. The scholarship fund will award four $500 scholarships annually.
Club President, Matt Holder stated, “Our club wanted to help deserving students who were interested in furthering their education in agriculture at UMO. We are honored that we are able to do this.”
