The Goldsboro City Council recently recognized four graduates of the Goldsboro Youth Council. 

The graduates are Ethan Carlyle of Charles B. Aycock High School, Chandler Devaul of Wayne Christian School, Oliver Thomas of Wayne Christian School, and Amiya Artis of Eastern Wayne High School (not pictured).
