Bernice Carrie Ann Artis Royal, 78, of 255 Outlaw Road, Dudley died Wednesday at the Barbour Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Smithfield
She was born March 26, 1946, in Wayne County to Thad and Laurina Coley Artis and is survived by two daughters.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 PM at White Oak Grove Free Will Church, Pikeville. Burial will follow in the Old Mill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 -7 PM at the Haskins Memorial Services.
