Mark Elliot Milliken, 65, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at UNC Rex Healthcare in Raleigh. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 30, 1958, he was the son of the late Elliot Milliken and Margaret Cahill Milliken.

In addition to his parents, Mark is preceded in death by his sister, Nancy.

Mark is survived by his wife, Leticia Milliken; daughter, Nicole Rossman and husband, Shane; son, Brandon Milliken; grandchildren, Sean Jackson, Naomi Rossman, and Mason Rossman; and sisters, Donna, Carol, Laura, and Teresa Cahill.

For over 20 years, Mark served his country in the United States Air Force. Mark had a keen and deep appreciation for the opportunities his time in the Air Force provided for him and his family. After retirement, Mark spent time working at Cooper Standard and some civil engineering jobs on base. Mark loved being at home and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

A graveside service with full military honors to celebrate Mark’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
