Mary Grantham Isler, 89, formerly of Goldsboro went to her heavenly home on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at Sunnybrook Rehabilitation Center in Raleigh.
Funeral service will be held Friday, August 2, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Interment will follow at Wayne Memorial Park North. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Isler was born in Wayne County on February 9, 1935. She was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church where she served in many capacities including the usher board, the floral ministry, and choir member as her health permitted.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Sonya Isler of Goldsboro and Ronald Grantham and wife, Jacqueline of Goldsboro; two sisters, Helena Wells of Philadelphia, PA and Joyce Davis of Jamaica.
Mrs. Isler was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Best and Naomi Grantham; her husband, Wilbert Isler; her son, Daniel Grantham and her siblings.
