Rotary Club of Goldsboro Holds Fifth Annual Field of Honor Ceremony

The Rotary Club of Goldsboro’s fifth annual Field of Honor opened on Thursday afternoon with a ceremony on the front lawn of Wayne Community College. 

Mitch Ivey, Goldsboro Rotary Club President, and Col. Steven Bofferding, Deputy Wing Commander of the 4th Fighter Wing at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, spoke at the event. 

The Field of Honor will be on display through Nov. 14. 

The display is open to the public from dawn to dusk on those days.
