One Wayne County business has partnered with numerous local organizations to make a difference in the lives of those in western North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Helene.
On Oct. 2nd, Ben Strickland, owner of local restaurant The Borough in downtown Goldsboro, took the initiative to create the non-profit organization We Feed NC, dedicated to providing fresh meals to those severely impacted by Helene.
Thanks to a swift response from local leaders, organizations, and volunteers, We Feed NC has already delivered over 1,000 meals to rescue workers and affected families in Henderson County.
With local support, We Feed NC can continue to provide vital assistance to our neighbors in need.
