Downtown Goldsboro was filled with Christmas spirit at the annual Downtown Lights Up event in downtown Goldsboro on Nov. 26.
The free event featured visits with Santa Claus, holiday characters, hot cocoa, kids’ crafts, trolley rides, holiday entertainment, and a makers market.
