The City of Goldsboro invites residents to participate in a survey to help identify the skills and competencies needed for our next city manager.

Feedback from the community will play a crucial role in shaping the future leadership of our city.

The City has hired consulting group Developmental Associates to conduct the city manager search and hiring process.

In addition to the survey, Developmental Associates will host a community meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 19, at Wayne Community College, in room 201 in the Dogwood building.
