MOUNT OLIVE — The 12th annual Greater Neuse Fellowship of Christian Athletes Winter Classic begins on Friday inside Kornegay Arena on the campus of the University of Mount Olive.
Wayne Christian and Rosewood open the tournament at 2 p.m., followed by Wayne Prep and Southern Wayne at 3:30.
North Duplin faces Wayne Country Day at 5:30. The Chargers have won the last two Winter Classics.
James Kenan and Eastern Wayne conclude the opening day at 7.
The tournament continues at 2 p.m. on Saturday, with the championship game scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday.

A women’s Winter Classic is scheduled for Dec. 27-28 and Dec. 30 at Lenoir Community College.
