Sarah Llewellyn Heekin, 53, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

A full obituary will be posted soon.

A service celebrating Sarah’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025, at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Goldsboro.  A time of visitation will follow the service in the parish hall at St. Stephen’s Church. 

A private interment will be held at a later date in Oakdale Cemetery in Washington, NC.
