Thurman Oliver Todd, Jr., 86, passed away on Christmas Day at Cypress Pointe in Wilmington. Thurman was born in Carteret County on November 11, 1938, to the late Thurman O. Todd, Sr. and Annie Mae Floyd Todd. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Ann Todd Warner.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2024, at Wayne Memorial Park. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Thurman is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Horace Ferguson; and several nieces and nephews he loved very much.
