Goldsboro, N.C. — Beginning January 6, 2025, the meeting time and format of the Goldsboro City Council meetings will change to allow for a more streamlined and efficient process. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers.
The new format will flow as follows.
