Mount Olive man Charged in November Breaking and Entering

On Nov. 30, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a breaking and entering of a business which took place on Nov. 29.

Items were stolen from the business by the offender.

Mason Lee Madden, 26, Mount Olive, was previously arrested and in custody on separate incident(s).

As a result of this investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Madden was charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor computer trespassing.
