James Leon Fowler, 57, of Norfolk, VA formerly of Goldsboro died Friday in Norfolk.

He was born on July 18, 1967 to James Leon Fowler, Sr. and Charlene Fowler Richardson. 

Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 1 PM at the  Church of God and True Holiness. Burial will follow in the Baldwin Cemetery, Elroy, NC 

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
