Goldsboro Man Charged With Ten Counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

On Tuesday, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged Daniel Isaac Frazier, 65, 5486 US Highway 70 E, Goldsboro. with 10 counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and the North Carolina SBI initiated an investigation after receiving a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding child sexual abuse material.

As a result of the investigation, Frazier was identified by information provided from the Cybertip and was found to have possession of electronic material depicting child sexual exploitation.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is a member of the NC Internet Crimes Against Children’s Task Force (NC ICAC). NC ICAC is part of a nationwide organization of task forces dedicated to protecting children from online dangers.

Frazier received a $1.2 million secured bond.
