Jeffrey Clayton Norris, 61, born on October 8, 1963, in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, passed away on February 6, 2025, in Kenly, North Carolina.

Jeffrey was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. A passionate golfer, an avid hunter, and a skilled guitar player. Whether on the greens, in the woods, or strumming a tune, he found joy in the things he loved most. His enthusiasm for these pastimes brought him many cherished moments and lasting friendships.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Tammy Norris; his children: Jessica Norris (Brandon), Chris Norris (Kristal), Brittany Brown, Triston Norris (Brittany), Tyler Brown and his adopted son Joshua Brown. Also his beloved grandchildren: McKenna, Ashton, Charlotte, Christian, Caleb, Jaxon, Deklen, Lola, and Raelyn. He is also survived by his siblings Danny Norris and Nancy Norris and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Debbie Norris; sister, Pam Whitfield; in-laws Nelson and Fay Brown; and grandson, William Clayton Dixon Powell.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday February 14, 2025 at 2:00pm at Rosewood Worship Center, 2103 O’berry Center Road, Goldsboro, NC 27530. A private commit will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends at other times at the home of Tammy Norris.
