Mr. Walton “Ray” Jones, 46, passed away February 9, 2025 at his home in Chocowinity, NC. There will be a celebration of life at the home of Lynda and Jamie Corprew, 24 Granville Drive, Washington, NC at 1pm on Saturday, March 8, 2025.

Ray was born April 8, 1978 in Norfolk, VA, son of Raymond Carl and Sheila “Annette” Jones. He was a commercial fisherman and enjoyed arrowhead hunting and metal detecting with his daughter.

Ray was predeceased by his father, Ray; mother, Annette and brother, Rafe. Left to cherish his memories are his Life Companion, Rae Ann Moree; daughter, Kathryn Jones; sisters: Pamela Pearsall (Darryl) and Lynda Corprew (Jamie); brother, Ryan Jones (Alyissa), along with several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
