Goldsboro Man Arrested for Breaking and Entering

On Mar. 16, 2025, Wayne County Sheriff’s Office C Shift and Warrant Deputies responded to a reported breaking and entering to terrorize/injure related to an ongoing active domestic violence protection order.

Before deputies arrived, the suspect, Jeremy Douglas Anders, 38, Goldsboro, had departed the location but was located by deputies shortly thereafter during a traffic stop.

Anders was wanted for an outstanding DVPO violation warrant.

During the traffic stop, Anders was found to be driving while impaired.

A probable cause search was conducted on Anders‘s vehicle, and Schedule II and VI illegal narcotics were discovered, as well as open containers of alcoholic beverages.

Anders was charged as stated above, processed through the Wayne County Magistrates Office, and booked into the Wayne County Detention Center under no bond.
