Goldsboro, NC – April 15, 2025, A fatal motorcycle crash occurred Tuesday morning just after 9:00 a.m. The accident happened approximately three miles past Charles B. Aycock High School. According to early reports, the crash involved a motorcycle and two other vehicles. The drivers of those vehicles were not injured. Tragically, the motorcyclist sustained life threatening injuries and was transported to Wayne Memorial Hospital.

A witness at the scene reported that one of the vehicles turned into oncoming traffic and appeared to see the motorcyclist at the last second. Instead of completing the turn, the driver reportedly slammed on the brakes, resulting in the collision.

Police have yet to release the identities of those involved and have not provided additional details at this time. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
