On Wednesday, deputies with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation in the northwest area of the county. Drug paraphernalia was allegedly spotted in plain view leading to a probable cause search. Deputies report finding illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia, leading to the arrest of 32-year-old Joshua O. Robinson of Goldsboro. Robinson is charged with Felony Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for the use of a Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was given a $3,000 secured bond and Robinson was turned over to the Wayne County Jail.
