Last week Tuesday, members of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team were patrolling the area of Highway 111 South.  A vehicle was pulled over for a Chapter 20 violation, and the deputies reportedly found heroin inside the vehicle.  The driver, 39-year-old Juan Galarza of Mount Olive, was arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin.  He was given a $2,000 unsecured bond.
