The Goldsboro Police Department took a report on a breaking and entering at North Drive Elementary School on August 24^th.  Property and supplies had been taken from the school.  Two days later, a suspect was developed and warrants were secured on 35-year-old Jeffrey D. Williams of Goldsboro for charges of Breaking and Entering, Larceny, and Possession of Stolen Goods.  Williams was arrested early Monday, August 31^st, on the 3200 block of Central Heights Road.  He was given an $8,000 secured bond and he was confined at the Wayne County Jail.
