Around 10:30 PM on Monday, December 14th, the Goldsboro Police Department took a report from a victim that stated they had been robbed at gunpoint in a parking lot on the 1100 block of Olivia Lane. The GPD’s investigation developed a 15-year-old male as a suspect. A juvenile petition was filed against the suspect charging him with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. The juvenile was arrested Saturday afternoon. He was transported to the Pitt Regional Juvenile Center pursuant to a secure custody order.
